Filming has begun for Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade

For the next couple of days, Magic Kingdom will be filming its part for this years Disney Parks Christmas Day parade. It will air on ABC on Christmas. Today, crews set-up the stage, cameras and lights that will be used for filming for the next few days around Main St.

A few weeks ago, Disneyland filmed its part for the show and included performances from Back Street Boys, Toby Mack and more. Mario Lopez was the host at Disneyland.

Jennifer Hudson, Scotty McCreery, Cee Lo Green and Justin Beiber performed in last years taping.

In 2010 Mariah Carey sang her hit Christmas song "All I want for Christmas is You":

Typically,  Friday is filming day of the performances on the different stages on Main St and The Castle stage, while Sat. is filming for the actual parade on Main St.

This year, storytellers are back along with the popular candlelight processional and the joyful gospel choir singing at the fountain stage. Also, Test track cars can be heard being tested although the walls are still up.

SeaWorld Christmas Celebration 2012

Some pictures of opening night of SeaWorld's Christmas Celebration. Shows: O Wondrous Night, Christmas Miracles Shamu, Winter Wonderland on Ice, Sesame Street and Clyde and Seamore's Countdown to Christmas. Most of the shows are the same from last year. Can't speak for the Sesame Street Christmas show as it is always crowded. Seaworld suggest getting at to any of the Christmas shows at least 45 mins to an hour prior to show.

Get your pics taken inside a snow globe, back again with 2 locations this year, one at the Waterfront, and another near Shamu stadium. Santa is inside the Polar Express Experience attraction as in previous years. New this year, O Wondrous Photo. Get your pics taken with some of the animals that are featured  in the O Wondrous Night show. Frankie the camel below.

Some Entertainment around the park.
