Dumbo / Barnstormer at New Fantasyland

Guest visiting the Magic Kingdom were able to enjoy 2 attractions in the New Fantasyland area of the Magic Kingdom today. Although the Disney website still has Dumbo closed for refurb it was open today (soft opening) along with Barnstormer and the WDW train station.  On friday, the train station walls were taken down and cast members were seen training for the new attractions.

Welcome signs are posted along the construction walls that cover more of the new Fantasyland, which will open later this year. There are 3 ways you can get to the new area where dumbo 1 and barnstormer is located. 1 by train, 2 pathway behind tea cups, or a walkway just to the left of the entrance of space mountain.

 

Magic Kingdom park maps have a picture of Dumbo on the front and also updated the inside to include the new opened areas. Dumbo (32), The barnstormer (33), WDW Railroad (34), and Casey's Jr. Spalsh 'N' Soak Station(35) coming soon!

The opposite end of the train station are restrooms. 

 Check-out the garbage / recycling bins in the new area.
